During your stay in our guesthouse you can visit many other beauty spots offered by Sudety Mountains, among others:

 

- Wielka Sowa – the highest mountain of the Owl Mountains in Middle Sudety,

 

 

- Walim Tunnels – Since 1943 in the region of the Owl Mountains German carried out construction works in a big way and with great impetus under a common code name of  "Riese" ("Giant"). The construction was not finished and its remains is a number of underground complexes and ground  buildings have remained in the mystery concerning their use. Unusualness of these objects has attracted many researchers and adventurers in the region of Lower Silesia. During decades, a possibility to admire enormity of work performed when  boring kilometres of tunnels in a solid rock at the cost of thousands of human beings was only accessible for few daredevils.

 

 

- Grodno Castle (Zagórze ?l?skie) – the castle located in a north part of the Owl Mountains in the peak of Chojna Mountain (450 meters above sea level) towering over left bank of Bystrzyca River. The valley of this river, formerly called Silesian Valley is a natural border between the Owl Mountains and Wa?brzyskie Mountains located in the west.

The picturesque location of the castle is intensified by barrage Bystrzyckie Lake located at the foot of the mountain.

 

 

- Ksiaz Castle – the castle located within borders of Wa?brzych city in the area of Ksi?? Landscape Park. It is one of the spots of Szlak Zamków Piastowskich (Piast Dynasty Castles Trails). It is third-largest castle in Poland (after Malbork Castle and Wawel Castle). Only a small part of the palace complex is open for tourists.
